Locke (or someone else on the island) makes contact / has conversation with Jack and the O6 on Penny’s boat, before they take off on the raft. They spent a week on her boat before taking off again on the raft, and I’m betting we’ll eventually see a flashback to that week.
Jin is not coming back. Hopefully, at least; I think that would be cheesy.
The first sighting of Locke on the mainland will be inexplicably close to whenever the O6 return. This will seem odd until they reveal that the island shifted in time (possibly in addition to or instead of space), so that Locke is now “ahead of them” and could theoretically get back to the mainland before they did.
Miles will be a cool character; I think he stayed on the island because he has learned a lot about it during his brief visit. If he truly can communicate with dead people, he potentially now knows more about the island than anyone else on it at this point.
Faraday’s raft was close enough to the island to stay with it. Hoping to see something come of the similarity between faraday’s journal notes and the island map.

Well, my one objection would be on your prediction regarding Jin. If you go back to when Sun gave birth to their daughter, we were led to believe that Jin was on his way to the hospital. But in fact he was going to visit one of Mr. Paik’s business colleagues who’s daughter or wife was also having a child on the same day with the panda he desperately gave as a gift. Remember Jin also made mention that he was newly married. In the last episode the fast forward showed Sun still prego when she brought a controlling share of her dad’s company. All of this obviously takes place after the freighter blows up. I believe that because Jin was at the very edge of the freighter, the explosions impact pushed him out into the water. He seems to have survive, gotton himself back to Korea and is still either working for Mr. Paik or forced to continue running errands for him. It may be possible that he is staying away from Sun at the request of Mr. Paik. How could he continue to be associated with Paik industries and marry again, having Sun thinking he’s dead and her family aware of his existence?

I think you might have missed a big aspect of the episode you’re referencing: Sun’s part (having the baby) was a flash forward; Jin’s part (delivering the Panda) was a flashback (before the island, therefore the recently married reference).
There’s currently no reason to believe that Jin survived the explosion of the freighter. Of course, they clearly left the *possibility* of his survival on the table, but I’m hoping they don’t go there.
My take on the current plan for Jin is that he will remain dead (which would be better for the story, I think), and that they have the option to bring him back if something else out of their control happens. For example, they lose an actor whose character they had an integral story point planned for, so they have the option to bring Jin back in if he would fit as a substitute for that story point.
Jin is alive… it’s been leaked!
I’m going to ignore that as unfounded speculation, and assume that it isn’t true. And since I *HATE* spoilers, I’m not going to go looking around to try and verify or refute it.
Luckily, there have historically been lots of reports of “leaked” information that later turned out to be totally bogus, so I can always just tell myself that this is one of those times.
