My theory behind lost is that they have all killed or have been responsible for someone elses death so the they’re all in some sort of mental purgatory. what do you all think???

Nah, she didn't do it. There are twists and then there are totally out of character changes, which I think this would be, if she was revealed to have pushed him.

The closest thing I could imagine is a flashback where she is there and he either jumps on his own or it is accidental.

Sun a killer ... that's radical thinking. Sun actually had feelings for Jae, however Koran's think differently than we do, she could have been protecting Jin since Jin couldn't do it, she may have decieved Jin but her love for him is unparralled; look what she decided at the airport plus I believe she has some guilt for Jin having to work for her father in the first place.

A pusher wouldn't necessarily be hanging over the edge for everyone to see, unless they didn't care much whether they got caught.

I'd agree that the pearls only mean that Sun had given them back to him, not that she was there that night.

The analyzing of how he fell is all moot to me as well. You have to think about it from a production and direction standpoint. If Lee landed on his face it wouldn't be effective as much since his face and the pearls would most likely be hidden.

Also, I don't recall Jin looking up. Meaning he would have noticed the pusher looking over the edge.

I really doubt that it was Sun; my bet/hope is that this will be one of those things that they reveal at the end of the show if/when they show people behind the scenes orchestrating things.

For example, I'm picturing them going back through the flashbacks and showing Dharma people making different things happen along the way.

Yes, this may never happen, but I think it's more likely than Sun pushing him; I don't think she has any motive to do that (at least not that we've seen).

Yep precisely the reason they showed Lee holding the pearls he gave her in his hand when he crashed onto the vehicle hood. She followed Jin there, came in after he left or was hiding when Jin showed up and she returned the pearls to him after he got his ass kicked.

That's crazy talk.

The point of the beginning IMO is of lying. Lying came up through out the entire episode, with Syiad towards Jin and Sun.

The you are not a killer thing was just good writing, it made us think at the last moment that Sun wouldn't shoot her.

Anyways, good theory.
