I think Kate may already have switched over. I think that they may have put her with Sawyer in an effort to play Sawyer and get info out of him, since she is his weakness. We already saw that in this episode, where he spilled the beans on his analysis of the people he fought to her, for the camera to see.

If Jack does switch, (or even Kate for that matter), they better make it that at least one of them only switched to get on the inside and then turns it around on them by flipping back.

Of course, if that happens then they could always turn it around again and say that Ben and the others knew that was going to happen the whole time, and were treating them accordingly, etc.

The funny thing is that Sawyer is the most likely candidate to try something like this (con the others into thinking he's with them), but then again it seems like the others (or at least Ben) would be too smart to be deceived by it.
