Latest Libby theory

Here’s my latest take on the Libby character, and my previous allegation that she is working with “the others” and/or Dharma: I think she was put in that hospital as a plant, to monitor “Lenny” (the numbers guy), who I believe was formerly a part of this experiment before he went insane.

Her new assignment on the island is to get as close as possible to Hurley and find out how much Lenny may have revealed to him and report back.

Schedule discussions

In response to a lot of complaints about the amount of reruns that we see, they’re now talking about changing the schedule around a bit.

There would still only be about 24 episodes per year, because no show like this can do more than that, so there are a few options:

  1. Split up the season in blocks (or acts, as the producers say - this is the one they want to go with) of 7, 7, then 8.
  2. Do like the show 24 does and just wait to start the season until like January and go straight through with no repeats.

Personally, I’m fine with the way it is now, and if they do choose one of the above options, I hope to God it’s not the no repeats one. That would mean that there would be no new episodes for more than six months. Personally I’d much rather wait a couple weeks at a time. The three act idea seems OK, but even that would delay the start of the new season from September to October.
