And it does give alot of credibility points to the hypothesis that everything is just one gigantic experiment to see if people actually would push this button ever 108 minutes. As I said in the other post, the Dharma ranch dressing apparently lasts an unnaturally long time, even without refrigeration. Same probably goes for the rest. Even if things needed to be frozen or refrigerated, they could have giant freezers on or under the other parts of the island or nearby (perhaps underwater :) ) facilities. Ya, I know they've got the washing machines, but those could be several years old and probably would not be delivered via parachute anyway. It's no big deal if it does turn out to be just a regular plane drop, as it appears, but I just like to think about the other possibilities.
