I still think that the pregnancy test has nothing to do with a pregnancy but a science experiment to determine something else. I might be missing something in the preview though.

It could also be someone else. Like Ana who might have had some relations with the other she eventually killed.

Thanks for reminding me of the main point that I wanted to post about on this topic...

So far, after 1.5 seasons, we have only covered about 50 days on the island. So if they want to cover Sun actually having a baby they will either have to dramatically pick up the pace of the show, or we will be waiting for at least five or six more seasons before she has it.

Since I really hope neither of those choices is true, (because I like the current pace and I don't think the show should exceed five seasons total) the only other alternative is to do a flash-forward. This could be for an extended period of time (several episodes set in the future), or just briefly (like the current flashback scenes cover in one episode).

Of course, there is always the final option which is that for whatever reason, she ends up not having the baby, which I think is the most likely scenario.

Actually, now that I think about it, I guess she could get taken and we never see her again. So there's another option. I predict that if this happens, Jin goes after her and gets killed.

I hope you are right. One thing to consider is that the Others may focus their "baby snatching" on Sun's baby now that Claires is out of their hands. Although this will take some time as she really isn't showing at all. I predict 9 months or so.
