It was definitely in there to throw us off.

I’d love to see what the hieroglyphics meant. I thought it was bombs but Sara said it was definitely hieroglyphics.

Well, so much for that. My best guess is right now that they put this shot in just to throw people off. Whether it’s from a real (future) episode or not remains to be seen.

I got the screenshot from when Kate freaks out and runs out of the hatch while she’s looking after Sawyer, then Locke & Jack come in and the alarm is already going off because there’s no one there to push the buttons. It actually does get right down to zero before Locke hits “execute”, but I guess that doesn’t count, since it resets right after it hits zero.

When did it ever go to 0? Is it when it rotated rotated back to 108?

I still think it’s a flashback or from another area though.

I never said that I was the first one to notice that the clocks were different. I don’t remember where I had heard it mentioned first (podcasts, websites, etc.). I’m pretty sure there were several podcasts talking about it last week.

I did do the screenshots myself, though, which is all I was saying, along with a couple of possible explanations for the difference.
